为全面落实立德树人根本任务，统筹推进高校“双一流”建设工作，奋力开创我国高等教育事业发展的新局面，北京师范大学拟举办高校学生事务管理国际学术研讨会暨“三全育人”理论研究与实践探索研讨会。本会议将采取会议与论坛相结合、线上开展的组织形式，力求搭建交流与合作的平台，互鉴国内外优质高等教育管理经验，有效提高我国高校学生事务管理的科学化水平，进而提升我国高等教育发展的层次和质量。

 一、会议主题：新时代高校学生工作高质量发展与管理创新

涵盖以下五个分议题：

1、高校学生事务工作体系的优化升级

2、高校学生事务管理模式的探索创新

3、高校学生事务管理机制的改革深化

4、高校学生（事务）工作队伍建设与发展

5、高校“三全育人”工作的探索创新

投稿截止时间：2021年10月8日 下午17：00

摘要接收公布时间：2021年10月15日 下午17：00

正式会议时间：2021年11月18日 9：00-17：30

会议地点：根据疫情防控要求，将于线上开展（会议入口及直播链接将于正式通知中公布）。

四、论文征集

1、征集对象：会议面向国内外高校学者、研究生、高校学生事务一线教育工作者征集学术论文摘要。

2、投稿要求：每位作者以第一作者身份可提交多篇投稿，但一篇投稿只能选择一个分议题。作者可选择投稿时是否一并附上论文全文。本次研讨会暂不接受纸质来稿材料。

3、投稿方式：以word附件的格式发送至电子邮箱：fexgb@bnu.edu.cn。邮件主题为“高校学生事务管理国际学术研讨会投稿-姓名-手机号”。作者请在邮件中标注个人基本情况，包括姓名、出生年月、学校、专业、职务、职称。

4、投稿格式：参照论文摘要模板（后附）。

五、论文评审

本会议将邀请国内外“高校事务管理”与“三全育人”教育领域专家，从理论研究和实践应用等方面对投稿进行评审。评审结果将于2021年10月15日通过邮件公布，届时评审通过者将收到会务组发送的投稿录用通知邮件。

Call for Papers(2^nd round)

Beijing Normal University intends to hold the International Symposium on Student Affairs, as well as a seminar on theoretical research and practical exploration of "Three-wide Education" online.

Conference Theme

High Quality Development and Management Innovation of Student Affairs in the new era

Key Strands

The conference will be organised into three key strands as below:

1. Optimization and upgrading of student affairs system

2. Exploration and innovation of college student affairs management mode

3. Deepening the reform of student affairs management mechanism

4. Construction and development of student (Affairs) work team

5. Exploration and innovation of "Three-wide Education"

Call for Papers

1. Object: The conference is open to acadmics, postgraduate studies, and practitioners for abstracts related to the conference theme and the five key strands.

2. Submission Requirements: Each author can submit multiple submissions as the first author, but only one key strand can be selected for one submission. The author can choose whether to attach the full text of the paper with his contribution. Paper materials will not be accepted.

3. Submission Process: Send submissions (doc or docx format) to fexgb@bnu.edu.cn with the title "International Symposium on Student Affairs - author name - author phone number". Authors information is required in your email, including author’s name, birthday, school, major, position and professional title.

4. Submission Format: Refer to the paper abstract template (attached).

Review Process

Experts in the field of Student Affairs and "Three-wide Education" at home and abroad will be invited to review the submissions. Authors will be notified of acceptance of abstracts on 15 October, 2021.
