认证行为分析师是从事应用行为分析的专业人员,由国际行为分析师认证委员会(Behavior Analyst Certification BoardBACB)统一认证。成立于1998年的国际行为分析师认证委员会是世界公认的最权威和最具公信力的行为分析师从业资格认证组织。其认证的行为分析师和副行为分析师资质受到美国认证协会、国际分析协会、美国心理学会和欧洲行为分析协会的认可。当前,应用行为分析师是服务于孤独症儿童教育干预的重要专业人员。

Certified behavior analysts are professionals in the field of applied behavior analysis, certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Established in 1998, the BACB is internationally recognized as the most authoritative and credible organization for certifying behavior analysts. The credentials it awards—Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)—are recognized by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, the Association for Behavior Analysis International, the American Psychological Association, and the European Association for Behaviour Analysis. Currently, applied behavior analysts play a critical role in the educational interventions for children with autism.

行为分析师分为三个等级,即委员会认证助理行为分析师(Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, 简称BCaBA)、委员会认证行为分析师(Board Certified Behavior Analyst,简称BCBA)和委员会认证行为分析师博士级(Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral,简称BCBA-D)。行为分析师的认证需要具备规定的条件:完成BACB认可的课程(包括理论、实操和督导课程),经考试合格后才能获得BACB颁发的相应等级的行为分析师证书(即BCaBABCBABCBA-D)。根据BACB官网提供的数据,截止201818日,全球分析师数量:BCBA-D (博士)2103人;BCBA 26879人;BCaBA 2838人。截止201837日,我国境内行为分析师共56人,其中BCBA-D1人,BCBA 15人,BCaBA 40人。

Behavior analysts are categorized into three levels: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D). Certification as a behavior analyst requires meeting specific qualifications, including completing a BACB-approved curriculum (comprising theoretical, practical, and supervised training components), and passing the corresponding examination. According to BACB’s official website, as of January 8, 2018, there were 2,103 BCBA-Ds, 26,879 BCBAs, and 2,838 BCaBAs worldwide. As of March 7, 2018, China had a total of 56 certified behavior analysts, including 1 BCBA-D, 15 BCBAs, and 40 BCaBAs.

2016年,经过长期的悉心准备,北京师范大学成为国内首家获得培养行为分析师及副行为分析师的高等院校,具体培训由北京师范大学教育学部孤独症儿童教育研究中心(以下简称中心)承担。20175月招生工作正式开展,通过层层筛选,中心择优录取了首批BCBABCaBA学员,课程也于同年9月正式启动。

In 2016, after extensive preparation, Beijing Normal University became the first higher education institution in China authorized to train behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts. The training is specifically undertaken by the University’s Center for Autism Education Research under the Faculty of Education. In May 2017, official student recruitment began. Through a rigorous selection process, the center admitted the first cohort of BCBA and BCaBA candidates, with classes officially starting in September that year.

2023年中国心理卫生协会推出《CPBA-儿童心理行为干预专业技能培训》及CPBA专业技能认证体系,是针对特殊儿童干预的专业技能认证,CPBA-5专业对标BCBACPBA-4专业对标BCaBA。北京师范大学现已获得中国心理卫生协会授权,成为培养CPBA-5CPBA-4的高等院校之一,具体培训由北京师范大学教育学部孤独症儿童教育研究中心承担。中心开设的课程覆盖CPBA-5CPBA-4考试大纲的所有模块,可以满足学员的认证需求。报名本期培训的学员,培训完成后可申请参加中国心理卫生协会CPBA-5CPBA-4的认证考试。

In 2023, the Chinese Mental Health Association launched the “CPBA—Professional Skills Training in Child Psychological and Behavioral Interventions” along with the CPBA certification system, designed specifically for professionals working with children with special needs. The CPBA-5 level aligns with the BCBA, and the CPBA-4 level aligns with the BCaBA. Beijing Normal University is now officially authorized by the Chinese Mental Health Association as one of the institutions to offer training for CPBA-5 and CPBA-4. The training is provided by the Center for Autism Education Research under the Faculty of Education. The center’s curriculum covers all modules outlined in the CPBA-5 and CPBA-4 certification exams, fully meeting the needs of trainees. Upon completing the program, participants may apply to take the CPBA-5 or CPBA-4 certification exams administered by the Chinese Mental Health Association.

本项目依托北京师范大学教育学部,旨在培养具备国际认证水准的应用行为分析(ABA)专业人才,特别是在孤独症及其他发展障碍儿童教育干预领域。通过系统的课程学习、严格的督导实践与考核认证,项目致力于提升中国特殊教育专业人员在循证教学和科学干预方面的能力,推动ABA理念在我国特殊教育领域的广泛应用与前沿科研发展。项目融合理论教学与实操训练,遵循BACBCPBA等国际权威标准,帮助学员掌握有效的行为干预策略,取得行业认可的执业资质,从而在促进孤独症儿童社交、情绪、行为及生活质量的提升中发挥重要作用。本项目的宗旨与北京师范大学建设世界一流大学和一流教育学科,打造教师教育高地、教育创新策源地、教育对外交流的重要窗口的总体使命高度契合,同时积极践行ABAI推动行为分析科学与实践全球化的使命。

This program, based at the Faculty of Education at Beijing Normal University, is dedicated to cultivating ABA professionals who meet internationally recognized standards, particularly in the educational intervention for children with autism and other developmental disorders. Through a rigorous curriculum, expert supervision, and certification aligned with BACB and CPBA gold standards, our program aims to elevate the evidence-based teaching competencies and applied behavior analysis expertise of special education professionals in China. We integrate theoretical learning with hands-on training to equip graduates with effective behavior intervention skills and credentials recognized across the industry, empowering them to significantly improve the social, emotional, behavioral, and overall quality of life of individuals with autism. The mission of this program is closely aligned with Beijing Normal University’s overarching goal of “building a world-class university and world-class education disciplines, creating a high ground for teacher education, a source for educational innovation, and an important window for international educational exchange,” while also advancing ABAI’s global mission of promoting the science and practice of behavior analysis.

Ø  入学要求:

本科及以上学历(BCBA需硕士学历);

心理学、教育学或相关专业背景优先;

通过入学面试及基础能力评估。

Ø  毕业要求:

完成规定课程学时并通过课程考核

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s required for BCBA);

Background in psychology, education, or related fields preferred;

Pass admission interview and basic competency assessment.

Complete required coursework and pass all course assessments.

行政政策和程序

Administrative policies and procedures

Ø  项目历时与报名

培训项目每年6月开始,使用钉钉软件进行线上教学,预计两年半至三年内结束所有课程。同年3月或4月在公众号孤独症儿童教育研究中心上发布招生公告。

Ø  缴费

培训包含多门课程,学员在每门课程开始之前缴纳该课费用,无需一次性缴纳全部费用。跟随本期培训复学或重修的学员,无需重复缴纳同一门课程的费用,后续课程按照实际缴费学分缴纳课程费用。

Ø  Program Duration & Enrollment: 

The program starts every June, with online instruction via DingTalk, and is expected to complete all courses within 2.5 to 3 years. Enrollment announcements are posted in March of the same year on the official WeChat account "Research Center for Education of Children with Autism."

Ø  Payment: 

The training includes multiple courses, and trainees pay for each course before it begins (no upfront full payment required). Trainees retaking or resuming a course within the same cohort do not need to repay for the same course; subsequent courses are billed based on actual credits enrolled.

Descriptions of research and practicum experiences

该课程为线上课程,有毕业论文的设置要求,学员需要完成一篇研究生毕业水平的论文,课程中的《研究与论文写作Research and Thesis Writing》会持续整个学习过程,协助学员完成毕业论文写作的要求。

This program is delivered online and includes a graduation thesis requirement. Students are expected to complete a thesis that meets the standards of a graduate-level research project. The course "Research and Thesis Writing" runs throughout the entire program to support students in systematically fulfilling their thesis writing requirements.

2024年起,本项目向学员提供过渡课程,以满足学员根据BACB第六版课程大纲备考的需求。

This program offers bridge courses to meet the needs of students preparing for the BACB 6th Edition Task List.


注:对于BCBA学员,《应用行为分析的哲学基础》和《督导和管理》各新增1学分课时,以满足BACB第六版课纲的课程要求。

Note: For BCBA students, "Philosophical Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis" and "Supervision and Management" each have 1 additional credit hour added to meet the BACB 6th Edition course requirements.

对于BCaBA学员,《测量和研究方法2》为新增课程,《督导和管理》新增2学分课时,《行为分析师的伦理和专业实践》新增1学分课时,以满足BACB第六版课纲的课程要求;《复杂行为的应用分析》新增2学分课时,以满足ABAI课纲的课程要求。

For BCaBA students, "Measurement and Research Methods 2" is a new course, "Supervision and Management" has 2 additional credit hours, and "Ethics and Professional Practice for Behavior Analysts" has 1 additional credit hour added to meet the BACB 6th Edition course requirements. "Applied Analysis of Complex Behavior" has 2 additional credit hours to meet the ABAI course requirements.
