The allocation for student advisement will be using a dual-way selection method. The selected advisor will guide you until you graduate. Please Do Not submit your application until you’ve read this document thoroughly! 

1. Please read the Curriculum Vitae of the listed advisors carefully and fill out the Application Form for Advisement.doc. You must write down at least 3 names of your top choices for advisors based on your preference, research interests, or study plan, etc. Please list your top choice first and so on. The sequence decides to whom your application will go to first. Please do not attach any additional files to the Application Form.

2. Please submit your e-application to 1161488897@qq.com before Nov. 20th, 2017. We will deliver the applications right after the deadline to your wanted advisors respectively according to the sequence of names. Advisor will examine your applications and decide whom they would like to guide. If you cannot be matched with your first choice of advisor, we will deliver the application to the second or the third advisor. We shall remove the names of advisors on the application before it is sent to an advisor.

3. The dual-way selection will continue until everyone is matched. If there is anyone who has not been matched eventually, we will recommend an advisor. When the allocation ends, the results will be announced on the Faculty website.
