简介：刘水云，山东威海人，北京师范大学教育学部副教授，硕士生导师，教育基本理论研究院副院长，中国教育学会教育政策与法律分会副秘书长。毕业于英国伦敦大学教育学院，获高等教育学博士学位；挪威奥斯陆大学、芬兰坦佩雷大学和葡萄牙阿维罗大学联合培养硕士学位。至今为止已经在Higher Education, Higher Education Policy, Cambridge Journal of Education等国际知名期刊上发表英文论文20余篇。在《教育学报》、《清华大学教育研究》等中文期刊上发表多篇CSSCI论文。出版英文著作两部，分别由Springer和Routledge出版社出版。
