• 2009.7-至今   北京师范大学教育学部学前教育研究所  讲师-副教授-教授

研究兴趣包括：学前教育与国家发展；幼儿园教师专业发展及能力建设；面向可持续发展教育的幼儿园课程与教学。

在SSCI、CSSCI、中文核心期刊及外文普通学术期刊、国家级重要报纸发表学术论文40多篇，外文著作2部，编著3部，译著14部，参与出版专著和教材10余部，并作为主持执笔人参与5份国际及国家级政策研究报告撰写。承担国家社科基金、教育部、国家自然科学基金北京大学管理科学数据中心智库、公益及慈善基金会、地方教育部门、校级等三十多个研究项目，主持国家级1项，省部级项目3项、国际合作项目4项和国家自然科学基金智库项目1项。并入选北京师范大学“京师英才”，北京市高校“青年英才计划”。翻译著作两次入选中国大学出版社图书奖优秀学术著作奖二等奖。

担任中国教育学会学前教育专业委员会常务理事，全国妇幼健康研究会婴幼儿养育照护专业委员会常务委员；中国科技核心期刊《教育生物学杂志》副主编；ESCI 期刊 Journal of Research in Childhood Education 副主编，SSCI期刊Children & Society以及Early Years: An International Research Journal国际编委等学术职务。
