In order to fully implement the fundamental task of moral education, promote the college construction of "Double First-Class" initiative, a guideline issued by the ministries of education and finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, and strive to create a new situation for the development of higher education, Beijing Normal University plans to hold an international academic symposium on college student affairs management and on theoretical research and practical exploration of " All-Member, Whole Process and All-Around Education" ,a guideline issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council for higher education.
The symposium will contain online conferences and forums, striving to build a platform for academic exchange and cooperation where all participants, at home and abroad, can learn from each other's management experience thus to effectively improve the scientific level of college student management and further enhance the level and quality of higher education development in China.

Sub Themes:
1. The optimization and upgrading of college student affair system
2. Exploration and innovation of college student management mode
3. Deepening reform of college student management mechanism
4. Construction and development of college student (Affairs) management team
5. Exploration and innovation of " All-Member, Whole Process and All-Around Education " in Colleges
The symposium is now for global scholars and all scholars are welcome to contribute centered on the theme of the symposium. The requirements for contributions are as follows:
1. Word number: submissions should be no less than 8000 words.
2. Format and annotation style: the title is generally no more than 20 words. Please attach an abstract and keywords in both Chinese and English for the incoming articles. Please use the Springer LNCS template (see the attachment for the template); the Chinese contribution paper refers to the Journal of Education Research requirements.
3. Submission method: please send contribution paper to fexgb@bnu.edu.cn with an attachment in Word file before September 30, 2021. The email topic should be "the contribution of the international academic seminar on Student Affairs Management - Name - Mobile Number." The author should mark the basic personal information on the front page, including your name, birth date, university, specialty, title, contact number, and email address. Printed papers are not accepted.
4. Draft review: experts in the field of "college student affairs management" and "All-Member, Whole Process and All-Around Education" are invited to review the contributions.
